It's a known fact among serious Entrecarders that the use of Entrecard can not only promote a blog or website for free but also tremendously grow its readership and comments.

But dropping cards on some blogs that doesn't install Entrecard drop button above the fold is a pain in the ass as we've to go hunting and searching the entire page looking for it to drop our card. And adding insult to the injury is opening each EC site in a separate tab that makes the browser eat away much of the systems memory resources.

The simple and straight forward solution to overcome all these problems while dropping cards on Entrecard is via the use of Loop Connections Button.

Unlike other flash or java buttons that open bulk EC sites in separate tabs, the Loop Connections Button simply sends you to another random site in the same tab where you can expect to have Entrecard drop button and Loop Connection surf button closely installed at or above 800px on the display which is above the page fold, to say in layman's terms.

To add Loop Connections surf button on your EC site, grab the following code and it's advisable that you paste it nearby your Entrecard drop button.

   Here, E is the drive location where the windows executable file(.exe) is located and <path> specifies the location where the setup files are to be extracted.

No doubt CommentLuv is one of the best WordPress plug-ins ever that's widely used in the blogging community as a medium to show a token of love and appreciation to fellow commenters. CommentLuv server visits the site of the commenter and fetches the feed to include last blog post at the bottom of the comment.

But this CommentLuv system fails to work when errors creep in the blog feed which in-turn pings CommentLuv server to ban the url after persistent errors received when trying to read the feed. That is when commenters face this 'no last blog post to return' error message in place of their last blog post title.

CommnetLuv No Last Blog Posts to Return Error

As already said, the root cause for the commenLuv server to ban commenters site is its inability to fetch the feed, which may have occurred due to feed errors. If the url of the feed doesn’t appear to reference valid xml file then comluv server cannot fetch the last post from the feed.

So, the first step to be taken in resolving this error is to go and check the blog feed errors at feedvalidator.org and troubleshoot them if any with the help suggestions given thereby and make sure the feed is valid.

Next, go to CommnetLuv unban url page and enter the site url in the unban box and click submit.

When you're on this page, you can also have a look as to why some people get their url banned explained in lucid way. As soon the site is submitted for unban, CommentLuv updates its servers and tries to fetch the site feed again. And if the feed is error free then it successfully fetches the feed and shows the last blog post to be published below the comment as shown below:

You can see this feature in action, by checking your address bar where you'll be seeing "https" instead of "http" before Facebook's URL

As this is a newly added feature, it is being rolled out to users just now and if you haven't got it yet, you should be getting it within a few days or so. So, better you make sure to check your security setting every couple of days so that you can enable this secure https browsing feature as soon as it has landed on your account.

Digg.com has recently launched its new enhanced beta version of site design, and today I've been selected to preview its new upcoming look. To know whether you're also selected to preview this new design or not, login to your account and look at the top right corner of the page where you'll be seeing the option to get to the new design if you've been already selected. Here is the screenshot of the new design:

With this new design, the sites has become somewhat faster and it looks quiet spacious and user-friendly. The spacious feel is achieved as the new layout has sidebar position on the right-hand side with the submitted links and stuff to the left. Whereas in the previous old design submitted and dugg content is centered with the sidebar on both the sides, which allots less width to the actual content and looks little congested to the naked eye. Also the link submission window now is quiet slick-looking with the option to select images, and most importantly, it is extremely fast loading when compared to previous old design.

This new updated Digg.com design is being rolled out to users recently and you should be getting it within a few days of time if it hasn't arrived yet in your account.
